We are currently accepting applications for experienced Drilling Rig Excavator Operators at Double J Energy Solutions LLC. in Milford, Utah.
Our primary objective at Double J Energy Solutions LLC is to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, thereby minimizing the exposure of all people, equipment, and the environment to potential hazards and thus preventing incidents. Double J Energy Solutions LLC is committed to providing a safe working environment for all our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Operate 20-ton track excavator safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform daily, routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment.
- Complete daily safety operations reporting.
- Work in all weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Minimum of 1-year experience operating a tracked excavator on a drilling site.
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable means of transportation to get to and from the rig location.
- Ability to work in Texas-style housing accommodations
- Able to handle 20-day rotations and 12-hour shifts outdoors
- Be prepared with PPE (hard hat, steel-toed boots, fire retardant coveralls, safety glasses, gloves)
- Valid industry training certificates including, but not limited to:
- H2S Safety Training
- American First Aid/CPR/AED
- Heavy Equipment Operator Training for Excavator or an apprenticeship, is preferred, or other formal training that covers:
- Safety regulations and standards.
- Excavator control fundamentals.
- Hazard identification and control techniques.
- Pre-operation site inspections and maintenance procedures.
- Safe operating practices, including trenching and loading techniques.
- Machine dynamics and stability principles.
What Double J Energy Solutions LLC has to Offer
- Starting pay for Excavator Operators: $26.95/hour with steady overtime
- Allowances: Includes live-out per diem of $45/day
